Beginning in the lounge area, the luxuriant greenery forms a veritable botanical garden overlooking the sea. Floral and landscape designer Hervé Frezal, a Meilleur Ouvrier de France (Best Craftsman of France), has successfully created a setting of exquisite harmony. All around, native Mediterranean species, such as jasmine, fig, and palm, exude an exotic, elegant perfume.

Τhe flavours of Mediterranean cuisine reach their peak under the supervision of Sébastien Volontier and the eagle eye of chef Virginie Basselot. From the comfort of a deckchair, guests may indulge in a wide array of “Plage & Lounge” dishes, Rolls by Homer lobster rolls (voted best lobster roll in the world), and a selection of “Kids Boxes” beloved by young connoisseurs.
