Throughout October, the hotel’s façade and our teams will be decorated in pink, joining the local charity SOS Cancer du Sein to raise awareness and support research through a series of gourmet and heartfelt initiatives.
A powerful symbol of Pink October, the pin combining the pink ribbon with Le Negresco dome will be worn by all our teams. It is also available for purchase at the hotel boutique “Jeanne” , with all proceeds donated to SOS Cancer du Sein.
Our new Pastry Chef, Yann Le Douaron, has crafted a Pavlova featuring autumn citrus fruits, aloe vera, and rose sorbet. Enjoy it at La Rotonde, our contemporary brasserie, with € 3 from each dessert donated to SOS Cancer du Sein. A creation where indulgence meets solidarity.
Le 1913 bar celebrates elegance, solidarity, and hope with two distinctive creations: Rosée d’Espoir (Hendrick’s gin, Martini Rubino, elderflower liqueur) and Petit Cœur (non-alcoholic rum, verjus, homemade rooibos syrup, Fea foam, hibiscus flower tonic). These cocktails pay tribute to women – to their strength and their kindness.
On Thursday, 2 October, N Le Spa will host a makeup workshop led by Fred Mécène, specifically for women affected by breast cancer. Organised in partnership with SOS Cancer du Sein, this intimate event of care and conviviality has been created just for them.
