Its recent transformation introduces new furniture with sculptural, enveloping lines, bringing together contemporary influences and period references. This refined contrast enhances the sparkle and gilding of its seventeenth-century décor.
Open all year round, from 9.30 am to midnight in summer, and until 6 pm in winter, the bar now offers a gourmet journey to be enjoyed throughout the day, from a French-style breakfast with coffee, croissant and fruit juice, to light, flavourful lunches featuring reimagined classics such as Caesar salad and beef tartare, as well as tapas served until midnight.
The cocktail menu follows the same philosophy: freshness, lightness and seasonality. Jonathan Emeriau, Manager of N Les Bars, explains: ‘With little or no alcohol, I wanted to create a menu of fresh, well-balanced cocktails inspired by the bar’s extraordinary energy, such as its signature drink, the Purple Velvet, which is made with champagne, elderflower liqueur, blueberry infusion and Madagascan vanilla.’
