Signature Dinner With Maison R. Pouillon & Fils
On Saturday, 18 October, Le Chantecler and Champagne Maison R. Pouillon & Fils celebrate the union of haute cuisine and exclusive vintages, combining authenticity, refinement, and deep respect for nature. To mark this special occasion, MICHELIN-starred Chef Virginie Basselot has created a five-course menu to showcase the finesse of R. Pouillon & Fils champagnes. These include the renowned Chemin de Bois 2004 cuvée, recently disgorged from the family cellar, along with four other rare treasures from their private collection.

Since 1947, Maison R. Pouillon & Fils has passionately cultivated vines in the heart of the Marne Valley. Today, Bénédicte and Fabrice Pouillon represent the third generation, continuing the family legacy with a visionary dedication to regenerative viticulture that respects both soil and biodiversity.
