TRAINING & QUALITY MANAGER

In pursuit of excellence, a new strategic role was created at the beginning of the year: Training & Quality Manager.

This role has quickly become essential to the hotel’s momentum, supporting the development of team expertise and ensuring the highest levels of guest satisfaction, thereby reinforcing the exacting standards that define Le Negresco.

Who better to embody this mission than Adrien Majeranowski?

With sixteen years of experience at Le Negresco, from Reception to Executive Assistant, Adrien has cultivated a rare versatility by working closely with both guests and teams. In leading the “Values” project, which sought to strengthen a culture of tolerance and shared purpose, he was also instrumental in advocating for the creation of this very role , which he now fully inhabits.

He brings passion and conviction to it: “I constantly aspire to grow and to learn. Just like a book, when one chapter ends, another begins. This new position felt like a natural continuation, both for Le Negresco and for myself. It is what I have always wanted to do, and I am deeply grateful to Madame Nyul and Monsieur Servant for placing their trust in me.”

Having played a key role in the hotel’s evolution over the years, Adrien now channels his expertise into empowering others. He is a valued partner in strategic decision-making. “I want every person who passes through Le Negresco, whether for a season or a career, to be able to say: it was the academy of excellence.”

Today, he acts as a subtle link between department heads and their teams, helping to ensure that the hotel’s prestige is matched by operational precision. His mission is to bring the management’s vision to life, in line with Madame’s enduring ambitions. Although cross-functional, his responsibilities are structured around three core pillars:

  • Integration: Welcoming new employees and fostering team cohesion to create a culture of collective excellence from day one.
  • Training: Transmitting essential knowledge of the hospitality profession while engaging with young talents still in training at partner schools.
  • Quality: Evaluating internal practices to ensure that all services meet the highest standards, including those required by the world’s most prestigious labels, such as The Leading Hotels of the World and Forbes Travel Guide.

As a key figure in securing the “Palace” distinction, Adrien collaborates closely with the Executive Office. With a thoughtful and pedagogical approach, he helps shape the future of Le Negresco, ensuring its influence remains both timeless and far-reaching.
