To inaugurate this new tradition, Jacques Maximin – first chef to earn two MICHELIN stars at Le Chantecler in 1980 – reunites with Virginie Basselot for a dinner in homage to origins: a celebration of time’s passage, of culinary lineage, and the noble spirit of the Meilleurs Ouvriers de France.

Five-course menu:
€260 per person including aperitif, mineral water and coffee.
