For the first four-hand dinner of the year, Chef Virginie Basselot welcomes a leading figure of French gastronomy to Le Chantecler – Chef Emmanuel Renaut. A Best Craftsman of France and holder of three MICHELIN stars for his restaurant Flocons de Sel, Emmanuel Renaut draws inspiration from the mountains, exploring the resources and landscapes of Alpine pastures.

For one evening only, Virginie Basselot’s modern Mediterranean cuisine engages in a dialogue with Emmanuel Renaut’s deeply traditional Alpine dishes. The outcome is an unexpected meeting between two regions and two sensibilities, where mountain abundance meets the freshness of Mediterranean ingredients.
