Produced in the Centre-Val de Loire region, this caviar features medium-sized grains with black and brown hues and a firm texture.
At first, the grains are almost impossibly light, enchanting the palate with ever-evolving flavours that culminate in delightful notes of hazelnut.
• Osciètre – Imperial Caviar from Sologne
Sourced exclusively from French sturgeon farms, the sweet flavour of its golden-brown grains excites the senses, enveloping the palate unctuously, and leaving a lingering nutty aroma, a subtle finishing touch to this exceptional delicacy.
• Beluga Caviar
Rarity brings renown, and renown brings prestige. Beluga caviar is no exception, requiring no less than twenty years of careful breeding and the utmost attention to detail from renowned experts. The largest caviar grains in the world impress with their size and present magnificent shades of grey, offering a visual treat befitting their rarity.
