Exquisite Bordeaux Wines at ‘Caviste’ Prices
From 15 March to 15 April, Le Negresco participates in Carte sur Table.

Initiated by Maison Duclot, this event showcases excellent Bordeaux wines available at ‘caviste’ prices. A rare chance for both enthusiasts and connoisseurs to enjoy prestigious crus in an iconic setting.

At La Rotonde, these outstanding wines complement delicate, sun-drenched cuisine, situated between land and sea, inviting guests to rediscover the full diversity of Bordeaux’s terroirs in a convivial yet elegant south-facing setting. The gastronomic restaurant Le Chantecler, awarded a MICHELIN star, is also part of the experience, providing another chance to explore the depth and distinction of one of the Riviera’s finest wine cellars.

The Carte sur Table selection is curated by Jean-Gabriel Siviragol, Head Sommelier at Le Negresco, whose passion ranges from renowned crus to more exclusive vineyards. With each bottle, he shares stories of terroirs, grape varieties, and encounters that shape the unique world of wine.
