Le Chantecler
At Le Chantecler, a MICHELIN-starred restaurant, celebrations unfold amid wood panelling and Malines leather. Chef Virginie Basselot presents two dinners, on the 24th and 31st of December, and a Christmas Day lunch: Giol oysters, Sologne caviar, Terre de Toine poultry… A cuisine to be savoured slowly and attentively.

The Salon Royal
Beneath the listed glass roof of the Salon Royal, the evening takes on a regal splendour. For the Christmas Eve and New Year’s Eve dinners, the menu offers foie gras royale, beef Wellington and a baked Alaska flambéed at the table.

New Year’s Day Brunch

On the 1st of January, New Year’s Brunch brings families together beneath the glass roof. Here, children have their kingdom, and the year its first family photograph. Complimentary champagne, a sumptuous buffet, and musical entertainment to continue the celebrations, with thoughtful touches for the youngest guests.

Live music by the strolling Seb Chaumont and his Bopster Blue.
Children will celebrate the New Year in style and enjoy the many activities on offer in an exclusive area reserved for 3-12 year-olds.

You are welcome from 12:30 pm to 3 pm.
Adults: €210 per guest, free-flowing
Champagne, mineral water and coffee included

This year’s Yule log, Le Manège de La Rotonde
Some pleasures never lose their charm. With his signature Yule log, Le Manège de La Rotonde, Pastry Chef Yann Le Douaron recaptures the childhood magic of a ride on the merry-go-round. Beneath a gilded canopy, chocolate horses filled with delicate vanilla marshmallow evoke the famous teddy bears cherished by generations of children. Soft gingerbread biscuit, crisp Cazette hazelnut praline, orange marmalade, and chocolate mousse come together in an entremets that recalls the irresistible pleasures of childhood desserts.

The Three Kings Cake

Some celebrations end at the twelfth stroke of midnight; others linger into January, awaiting their crowning. For those, the chef has crafted a galette. Golden, crisp puff pastry encases a frangipane made with whole almonds and scented with orange blossom. This year’s trinket takes the form of Le Negresco’s famous pink dome.
