This season marks the arrival of the young Chef Kévin Pasquetaf, who, under the guidance of Executive Chef Virginie Basselot, has crafted a cuisine that perfectly complements the setting.
By reinventing dishes with ease and spontaneity, he infuses N La Plage with a contemporary energy. ‘Beach cuisine should be light, fresh and seasonal,’ he emphasises.
The clear, inspired menu travels across the Mediterranean, bringing together local and overseas produce. The flavours are bold and assured, crafted with finesse and lightness. Sleek and precise, Kévin Pasquet’s dishes return to basics: the right produce, elevated by clean, well-balanced seasonings, for a moment of sharing.
The experience continues with a team eager to welcome guests back. Thomas Joossen, Manager of N La Plage, assisted by Daniel Dragomir, Assistant Manager, and Mathilde Pennucci, Head Hostess, all plan every moment with care and warmth.
