On this subject, Jonathan Emeriau, head of N Les Bars, explains: “With little or no alcohol, I wanted to create a fresh, rhythmic cocktail menu inspired by the incredible energy of the bar, such as the Purple Velvet (champagne, elderflower liqueur, blueberry infusion and Madagascar vanilla), which is its signature.”
