Chef Virginie Basselot presents festive menus that combine French gastronomy with the magic of Christmas. On Christmas Day, gently extend the enchantment with a refined luncheon at Le Chantecler, accompanied by the soft, melodic sounds of live piano.
Celebrate an unforgettable New Year’s Eve at Le Negresco, where musical ambience, champagne, and exquisite cuisine blend effortlessly with the magic of the setting to herald the year ahead. At Chantecler, enjoy an exceptional dinner in an intimate and refined atmosphere. In the Salon Royal, indulge in a grand, festive dinner dance, animated by a musical quartet. At N Les Bars, the festivities continue with a delectable selection of sweet treats, cocktails, and champagnes available à la carte. Start 2026 in style with Le Negresco’s New Year’s Day brunch, offering complimentary champagne, a sumptuous buffet, and musical entertainment to continue the celebrations.
